Description

A savory and creamy casserole that combines the beloved flavors of buffalo chicken with gooey cheese, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (divided)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce, mixing well.
  3. Add the softened cream cheese and ranch dressing to the mixture and stir until smooth.
  4. Fold in half of the shredded cheddar cheese and half of the green onions.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  6. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
  8. Garnish with remaining green onions before serving.

Notes

For added spice, mix in diced jalapeños or cayenne pepper. Serve with a side salad or crunchy veggies.
