Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (divided)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce, mixing well.
- Add the softened cream cheese and ranch dressing to the mixture and stir until smooth.
- Fold in half of the shredded cheddar cheese and half of the green onions.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Garnish with remaining green onions before serving.
Notes
For added spice, mix in diced jalapeños or cayenne pepper. Serve with a side salad or crunchy veggies.
