Bursting with flavor, these Buffalo Chicken Bombs are perfect for game day gatherings or cozy movie nights.
Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 package crescent roll dough
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions. Mix well.
- Roll out crescent roll dough and cut it into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture at the wide end of each triangle and roll the dough around the filling.
- Arrange the bombs on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Cool slightly before serving. Drizzle with additional buffalo sauce if desired.
Notes
For a healthier option, use low-fat cream cheese. To make them spicier, add cayenne pepper or jalapeños to the filling.
