Description
Delicious roasted cauliflower steaks coated in spicy buffalo sauce, served with a creamy vegan ranch drizzle.
Ingredients
- 1 large head of cauliflower
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill (or dried)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut cauliflower into thick steaks, approximately 1-inch thick.
- In a bowl, mix buffalo sauce, olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the cauliflower steaks with the buffalo sauce mixture.
- Place the steaks on a lined baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until tender and crispy.
- Prepare the vegan ranch by mixing vegan mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, dill, and additional garlic powder.
- Once cauliflower is done, drizzle with vegan ranch and serve hot.
Notes
Thicker slices of cauliflower hold up better during baking. Adjust spice levels according to your preference.
