Description

Crispy and spicy Buffalo Cauliflower Bites that are easy to make and perfect for snacking.


Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and water to form a batter.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, coating it well.
  4. Place the coated florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes until crispy.
  6. Toss the baked florets in buffalo sauce mixed with olive oil.
  7. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.

Notes

Make sure to preheat the oven and do not overcrowd the baking sheet for the crispiest results.
