Ingredients
- 1 baguette, sliced
- 8 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 2 large onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the thinly sliced onions and cook until soft and golden brown, about 15-20 minutes.
- Stir in the balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
- Lay out the baguette slices on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes until crispy.
- Top each slice with brie and caramelized onions, then return to the oven for 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
Notes
