Description

Ingredients

  • Flour tortillas
  • Sausage
  • Potatoes
  • Cheese
  • Eggs
  • Cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the sausage in a pan until browned.
  3. Boil or bake the potatoes until tender, then dice them.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and cream, season with salt and pepper.
  5. In each flour tortilla, place a portion of sausage, potatoes, and cheese. Roll them up and place them in a greased baking dish.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the rolled tortillas.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the eggs are set.
  8. Let it cool slightly before serving.
