Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • 1/4 cup cooked, crumbled bacon
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • BBQ sauce (for brushing)


Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients in one place.
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Add bourbon, crumbled bacon, onion, garlic, egg, and cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Form the mixture into meatballs about one inch in diameter.
  5. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  6. Place meatballs on the grill and cook for about 15 to 20 minutes, turning occasionally.
