Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- Add the chicken thighs to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add sliced mushrooms and minced garlic. Sauté until mushrooms are tender.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and toss everything to combine.
