Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet, cooking until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic. Cook until fragrant.
  5. Stir in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  6. Add heavy cream and stir until the sauce thickens.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet, coating in the sauce.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
