Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet, cooking until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic. Cook until fragrant.
- Stir in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add heavy cream and stir until the sauce thickens.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, coating in the sauce.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
