Description

Ingredients

  • 1 package of pizza dough
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 2-4 tablespoons hot honey
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Olive oil for drizzling
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the pizza dough package instructions.
  2. Roll out the dough to your desired thickness on a floured surface.
  3. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  4. Spread a layer of ricotta cheese over the dough.
  5. Arrange pepperoni slices evenly on top of the ricotta.
  6. Drizzle hot honey over the pepperoni.
  7. Sprinkle red pepper flakes on top.
  8. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
