Ingredients
- 1 package of pizza dough
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
- 2-4 tablespoons hot honey
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Olive oil for drizzling
- Salt to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to the pizza dough package instructions.
- Roll out the dough to your desired thickness on a floured surface.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Spread a layer of ricotta cheese over the dough.
- Arrange pepperoni slices evenly on top of the ricotta.
- Drizzle hot honey over the pepperoni.
- Sprinkle red pepper flakes on top.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Bake the pizza in the preheated oven until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling, about 10-15 minutes.
