Quick and easy Biscoff Truffles made with just four ingredients, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth.
Ingredients
- 200g Biscoff cookies
- 100g cream cheese
- 200g dark chocolate
- Cocoa powder for dusting (optional)
Instructions
- Crush the Biscoff cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by smashing them in a ziplock bag with a rolling pin.
- Mix the crumbs with cream cheese until well combined and smooth.
- Form small balls from the mixture, roughly the size of a golf ball.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or double boiler, stirring every 30 seconds.
- Dip each truffle in the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Place on a baking sheet and dust with cocoa powder.
- Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.
Notes
For a different flavor, try using milk chocolate or swap cream cheese for mascarpone. You can also add a pinch of sea salt on top for added flavor.
