Description

Quick and easy Biscoff Truffles made with just four ingredients, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth.


Ingredients

  • 200g Biscoff cookies
  • 100g cream cheese
  • 200g dark chocolate
  • Cocoa powder for dusting (optional)


Instructions

  1. Crush the Biscoff cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by smashing them in a ziplock bag with a rolling pin.
  2. Mix the crumbs with cream cheese until well combined and smooth.
  3. Form small balls from the mixture, roughly the size of a golf ball.
  4. Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or double boiler, stirring every 30 seconds.
  6. Dip each truffle in the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
  7. Place on a baking sheet and dust with cocoa powder.
  8. Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.

Notes

For a different flavor, try using milk chocolate or swap cream cheese for mascarpone. You can also add a pinch of sea salt on top for added flavor.
