A delicious fusion of fast food and picnic vibes, this Big Mac Pasta Salad combines pasta, ground beef, creamy Thousand Island dressing, and fresh vegetables for a tasty and easy meal.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces rotini pasta
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside to cool.
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, ground beef, cherry tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, cheddar cheese, and onion.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the Thousand Island dressing and mustard, then pour over the pasta mixture.
