Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup white wine (or chicken broth)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish
  • Pasta, zucchini noodles, or rice for serving


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Pour in the white wine (or chicken broth), lemon juice, and lemon zest.
