Ingredients
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions, then drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled macaroni, celery, bell peppers, red onion, and eggs.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the macaroni mixture and toss to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
