A delicious oven-baked or Instant Pot keto chicken recipe that is simple to prepare and satisfying for any low-carb lifestyle.
Ingredients
- 2 Chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Fresh herbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) or set the Instant Pot to sauté mode.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
- Coat the chicken breasts with the marinade and allow to soak for 15 minutes.
- For baking, arrange marinated chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked. For Instant Pot, add 1 cup of water and pressure cook on high for 8-10 minutes.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and fresh herbs before serving for enhanced flavor.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Thaw overnight in the fridge before reheating.
