Description

A delicious oven-baked or Instant Pot keto chicken recipe that is simple to prepare and satisfying for any low-carb lifestyle.


Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Fresh herbs (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) or set the Instant Pot to sauté mode.
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts with the marinade and allow to soak for 15 minutes.
  4. For baking, arrange marinated chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked. For Instant Pot, add 1 cup of water and pressure cook on high for 8-10 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and fresh herbs before serving for enhanced flavor.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Thaw overnight in the fridge before reheating.
