Description
Crispy and cheesy air fryer cheese balls that are a perfect snack for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the shredded cheese, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the cheese balls in a single layer in the basket.
- Spray the tops of the cheese balls lightly with cooking spray.
- Set the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and cook for about 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
Notes
Consider chilling the cheese balls before air frying for better shape retention.
