Ingredients
- 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced thin
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1/2 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Marinate beef in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch for 15 minutes.

- Add marinated beef, cook until browned.
- Add broccoli and beef broth, stir to combine.
