Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef (chuck or round, sliced)
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet or pot, heat oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onions and minced garlic, sauté until soft.
  3. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce, beef broth, salt, and pepper.
  5. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 15-20 minutes until beef is tender.
  6. Meanwhile, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
  7. Add the cooked noodles to the beef mixture, stirring to combine.
  8. Cook for an additional 5 minutes to heat through.
  9. Serve garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
