Ingredients
- 1 lb beef (chuck or round, sliced)
- 2 cups egg noodles
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large skillet or pot, heat oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onions and minced garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add the sliced beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in the soy sauce, beef broth, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a simmer and cook for about 15-20 minutes until beef is tender.
- Meanwhile, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
- Add the cooked noodles to the beef mixture, stirring to combine.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes to heat through.
- Serve garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
