Description

A quick and delicious BBQ Chicken Flatbread Pizza that’s perfect for lazy nights and customizable to your taste.


Ingredients

  • 1 flatbread
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced (optional)
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until evenly coated.
  3. Brush the flatbread with olive oil.
  4. Spread the BBQ chicken evenly over the flatbread.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Add red onion slices if desired.
  7. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped cilantro.
  9. Cut into slices and serve warm.

Notes

For variations, tortilla or pita bread can be used instead of flatbread. Adjust toppings as desired.
