Ingredients
- 1 large flatbread
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until fully coated.
- Spread the BBQ chicken mixture evenly over the flatbread.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Add sliced red onion on top of the cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro, slice, and serve hot.
