Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup coleslaw mix
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, coleslaw mix, BBQ sauce, and sliced green onions. Mix well until everything is coated with the sauce.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Lay out the tortillas or wraps on a flat surface.
  4. Divide the BBQ chicken coleslaw mixture evenly among the tortillas. If using, sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  5. Roll the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides as you go to create a wrap.
