Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 cups cooked rice (white, brown, or quinoa)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro


Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the ground turkey, cooking for 6 to 8 minutes until no longer pink.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, and lime juice until smooth.
