Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup softened butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add sugar, butter, egg, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas and mix until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Slowly add the dry mixture to the wet mixture and stir gently until just combined.
  6. Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle shape.
  7. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle over the rolled-out dough. Roll the dough into a log and slice into rolls.
  8. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
