Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup softened butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Add sugar, butter, egg, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas and mix until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Slowly add the dry mixture to the wet mixture and stir gently until just combined.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle shape.
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle over the rolled-out dough. Roll the dough into a log and slice into rolls.
- Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
