A delightful combination of banana bread and gooey cinnamon rolls that is easy to make and delicious to eat.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon (for filling)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash the ripe bananas in a bowl.
- Mix in the sugar and softened butter until smooth.
- Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture and stir until fully incorporated.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle of about 12×9 inches.
- Spread melted butter over the dough.
- Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon over the butter.
- Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other.
- Cut the rolled dough into 1-inch thick slices.
- Place slices in a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- While baking, mix powdered sugar with milk to create a glaze.
- Let rolls cool for a few minutes before drizzling with glaze.

Don’t forget to use ripe bananas for the best flavor! You can substitute ingredients if you’re missing something.
