A quick and easy Baked Garlic Parmesan Shrimp dish that’s packed with flavor and perfect for busy weeknights or gatherings.
Ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the shrimp and toss to coat well.
- Place the shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the shrimp.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
