Description

A creamy and flavorful dip made with baked feta and cherry tomatoes, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 200g feta cheese
  • 400g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a baking dish, place the feta cheese in the center.
  3. Surround the feta with cherry tomatoes.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the feta and tomatoes.
  5. Sprinkle oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper on top.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until the feta is soft and tomatoes are blistered.
  7. Remove from oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  8. Stir the mixture together before serving.
  9. Garnish with fresh basil before enjoying.

Notes

For an alternative, goat cheese can be used instead of feta. Serve with bread, crackers, or veggies.
