Description

Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cabbage
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried herbs (thyme, oregano, or rosemary)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Slice the cabbage into 1-inch thick steaks.
  3. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, dried herbs, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush both sides of the cabbage steaks with the oil and herb mixture.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the cabbage steaks without overcrowding.
