Description

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 cups of shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 can of flaky biscuit dough
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Cut the biscuit dough into quarters and arrange them in the bottom of the dish.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the biscuits.
  6. Sprinkle the cooked bacon and cheese evenly over the top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
  8. Let it cool slightly, garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and serve warm.
