Ingredients
- 8 ounces of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 cups of shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 can of flaky biscuit dough
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cut the biscuit dough into quarters and arrange them in the bottom of the dish.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the biscuits.
- Sprinkle the cooked bacon and cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
- Let it cool slightly, garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and serve warm.
