Description

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a chilled mixing bowl.
  2. Add the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion to the bowl.
