Ingredients
- 1 large tortilla
- 2 tbsp hummus
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 slice vegan cheese
Instructions
- Spread hummus evenly across the tortilla.
- Place one slice of vegan cheese and the sliced avocado in the middle of the tortilla.
- Fold the tortilla over to cover the filling.
- Cook on a pan or skillet for 5 minutes on each side or until the tortilla is golden brown.
- Cut in half and serve with mixed berries and pretzels.
