Ingredients
- 2 apples, cored and chopped
- 2 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Add the chopped apples and carrots to a blender.
- Pour in the water and lemon juice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add ice cubes if desired and blend again.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy.
