Chickpeas – canned (drained & rinsed) or dried & cooked Olive oil or avocado oil Paprika Cumin Garlic powder Chili powder Salt


Instructions

Oven Method: 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. Drain and rinse chickpeas thoroughly. 3. Pat dry completely using a clean kitchen towel. 4. Toss with oil and seasonings until evenly coated. 5. Spread chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet. 6. Roast for 20–35 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through. 7. Optional: Leave in the switched-off oven for 5–10 minutes for extra crunch. Air Fryer Method: 1. Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C). 2. Cook chickpeas for 12–15 minutes, shaking every 5 minutes.
