  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan with parchment paper or grease it.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking soda, and salt until well mixed.
  3. In a larger bowl, whisk the eggs until frothy.
  4. Stir in the apple cider vinegar and olive oil until smooth.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until combined.
  6. Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  7. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
