Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan with parchment paper or grease it.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking soda, and salt until well mixed.
- In a larger bowl, whisk the eggs until frothy.
- Stir in the apple cider vinegar and olive oil until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until combined.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
