Description
A delicious and healthy gluten-free banana bread made with almond flour, perfect for breakfast or snacks.
Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, mix the mashed bananas, eggs, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and stir until well mixed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Use ripe bananas for the best flavor. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
