Description
A quick and easy garlic bread made with warm tortillas, perfect for enhancing any meal.
Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley (if using).
- Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over one side of each tortilla.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place one or two tortillas (depending on the size of your air fryer) in the basket, buttered side up.
- Air fry for about 4-5 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and repeat with the remaining tortillas.
- Slice into wedges and serve warm.
Notes
Store in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
