Description

A quick and easy garlic bread made with warm tortillas, perfect for enhancing any meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley (if using).
  2. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over one side of each tortilla.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Place one or two tortillas (depending on the size of your air fryer) in the basket, buttered side up.
  5. Air fry for about 4-5 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and repeat with the remaining tortillas.
  7. Slice into wedges and serve warm.

Notes

Store in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
