Crispy and flavorful air fryer sweet potato fries that are a healthier alternative to traditional fries.
Ingredients
- 1 large sweet potato
 - 1 teaspoon of oil
 - 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
 - 1 teaspoon of paprika
 - 1 teaspoon of salt
 - 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
 
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
 - Peel the sweet potato and cut it into thin slices, approximately 1/4 inch in thickness.
 - Place the sweet potato slices into a bowl.
 - Add garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
 - Drizzle the sweet potatoes with 1 teaspoon of oil.
 - Toss the ingredients together, ensuring each slice is coated.
 - Once preheated, place the slices into the air fryer basket in a single layer.
 - Cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket a few times for even cooking.
 - Once golden brown and crispy, remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
 
Notes
For extra crispiness, soak the sweet potato slices in water for 30 minutes before cooking. Serve with dipping sauces like ketchup or ranch.
