Description
Crispy air fryer spring rolls filled with fresh vegetables and bursting with flavor. A healthier alternative to traditional deep-fried rolls.
Ingredients
- Spring roll wrappers
- Cabbage, finely shredded
- Carrots, julienned
- Bell peppers, finely chopped
- Cilantro, chopped
- Garlic, minced
- Ginger, grated
- Soy sauce
- Sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, cilantro, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Take a spring roll wrapper and place a spoonful of the vegetable mixture in the center. Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the spring rolls in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Serve with your choice of dipping sauce.
Notes
Avoid overpacking the rolls to prevent sogginess. Roll tightly to keep filling secure.
