Description

Crispy air fryer spring rolls filled with fresh vegetables and bursting with flavor. A healthier alternative to traditional deep-fried rolls.


Ingredients

  • Spring roll wrappers
  • Cabbage, finely shredded
  • Carrots, julienned
  • Bell peppers, finely chopped
  • Cilantro, chopped
  • Garlic, minced
  • Ginger, grated
  • Soy sauce
  • Sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, cilantro, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Take a spring roll wrapper and place a spoonful of the vegetable mixture in the center. Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Place the spring rolls in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
  5. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  6. Serve with your choice of dipping sauce.

Notes

Avoid overpacking the rolls to prevent sogginess. Roll tightly to keep filling secure.
