Description
Quick and tasty Air Fryer Sesame Chicken packed with flavor and crunch, perfect for weeknight dinners.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
- 1 tbsp sriracha or chili sauce (optional)
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix soy sauce, honey, sriracha, garlic, and ginger in a bowl to prepare the sauce.
- Toss chicken pieces with sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
- Coat chicken with the sauce mixture.
- Arrange chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For extra crunch, spray a light cooking spray on the chicken before air frying.
