Description

Quick and tasty Air Fryer Sesame Chicken packed with flavor and crunch, perfect for weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp sriracha or chili sauce (optional)
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix soy sauce, honey, sriracha, garlic, and ginger in a bowl to prepare the sauce.
  3. Toss chicken pieces with sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Coat chicken with the sauce mixture.
  5. Arrange chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  6. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For extra crunch, spray a light cooking spray on the chicken before air frying.
