Description

A healthier twist on fried chicken with crispy Parmesan crust for a satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp Herbs (Italian seasoning or parsley)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • Olive oil or cooking spray


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix grated Parmesan cheese, herbs, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat each chicken breast with olive oil and then press into the Parmesan mixture to coat well.
  4. Place the coated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for approximately 12-15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F/75°C) and the coating is crispy.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, drizzle lemon juice over the chicken before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
