Description
A healthier twist on fried chicken with crispy Parmesan crust for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- 2 Chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tsp Herbs (Italian seasoning or parsley)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- Olive oil or cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix grated Parmesan cheese, herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each chicken breast with olive oil and then press into the Parmesan mixture to coat well.
- Place the coated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for approximately 12-15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F/75°C) and the coating is crispy.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, drizzle lemon juice over the chicken before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
