Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, rice vinegar, and cornstarch until smooth.
- Add chicken to the marinade and toss until well-coated. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place marinated chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Toss cooked chicken with toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
