Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, chopped


Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, rice vinegar, and cornstarch until smooth.
  3. Add chicken to the marinade and toss until well-coated. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Place marinated chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  6. Toss cooked chicken with toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
