Ingredients
- 1 package (8 oz) pre-made croissant dough
- 4 oz sliced ham
- 1 cup shredded cheese (mix of cheddar and Swiss)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Unroll the croissant dough on a clean, flat surface, carefully separating the triangles.
- Place a few slices of ham on each triangle and top with the shredded cheese mix.
- Starting from the wider end of the triangle, roll up each croissant towards the tip and tuck in the edges to seal the filling.
- Beat the egg in a small bowl and brush each rolled croissant with the egg wash.
- Arrange the croissants in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the croissants from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.
