Ingredients
- 1 lb steak (sirloin or your choice), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the steak pieces with salt, pepper, and paprika until well coated.
- In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Pour the garlic butter over the seasoned steak bites and mix to coat.
- Place the steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the steak is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For best steak flavor, use well-marbled cuts. Don’t overcrowd the air fryer and let the steak rest before serving.
