A quick and easy dish that combines the flavors of garlic and butter with crispy tortillas, perfect as a snack, side dish, or appetizer.
Ingredients
- 4 Tortillas
- 4 tablespoons Butter
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- Parsley, chopped (optional)
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Melt butter and mix in minced garlic.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture on one side of each tortilla.
- Place tortillas in the air fryer, buttered side up.
- Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and sprinkle with chopped parsley and salt before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with dips like salsa or guacamole, or alongside soups and salads. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days and reheat in air fryer.
