Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- Onion
- Other toppings as desired
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently.
- Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
- Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- If desired, toast the burger buns for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble burgers with toppings and serve hot.
Notes
For added moisture, include Worcestershire sauce in the beef mixture. Make patties ahead and store in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours before cooking.
