Description

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pat the chicken breasts dry and spray them lightly with olive oil.
  4. Coat each chicken breast in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere.
  5. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is golden and cooked through.
  7. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
