A quick and healthy recipe for crispy boneless chicken breasts cooked in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pat the chicken breasts dry and spray them lightly with olive oil.
- Coat each chicken breast in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is golden and cooked through.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
