Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly under running water; pat them dry.
  3. Pierce each potato several times with a fork.
  4. Rub each potato with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 35-40 minutes.
  6. Let the potatoes cool slightly, then cut a slit in the top and fluff the insides with a fork.
