Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups grated apples
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Cooking spray


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix grated apples, flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together egg, milk, and vanilla extract.
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray the basket.
  5. Use a scoop to drop the batter into the basket, making sure not to overcrowd.
  6. Air fry for about 10-12 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
