Description
Deliciously crunchy apple chips made in the air fryer, offering a wholesome and guilt-free snack for all ages.
Ingredients
- 2 large apples (any variety, preferably Granny Smith or Fuji)
- Coconut oil spray
- Ground cinnamon (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
- Slice the apples thinly, removing the cores. Aim for 1/8 inch thickness.
- Lightly spray the apple slices with coconut oil.
- Sprinkle cinnamon generously over the apple slices.
- Place the apple slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
Store apple chips in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 2 months, separating layers with parchment paper.
