A delicious and simple treat that combines cookie dough flavors with chocolate, perfect for a sweet snack or dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup chocolate chips, divided
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup until well combined.
- Stir in 1/4 cup of the chocolate chips and mix again.
- Line a small baking sheet or a large plate with parchment paper.
- Place the cookie dough mixture on the parchment paper, spreading and flattening it into a large piece of bark.
- Melt the remaining 3/4 cup of chocolate chips and pour over the cookie dough, spreading it evenly.
- Freeze for at least one hour.
- Remove from the freezer, cut or break into large pieces, and enjoy!
Notes
Store any leftover bark in an airtight container in the freezer for freshness.
