Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons garam masala
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 4-5 minutes.
- Stir in the garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute.
- Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides.
- Pour in the crushed tomatoes and add garam masala, cumin, salt, and pepper; stir to combine.
- Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Stir in the heavy cream and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
